SHE Mart Mission in Hindi: Union Budget 2026 की नई Scheme से ग्रामीण महिलाओं को मिलेगा Retail Business Platform
SHE Mart क्या है?
SHE Mart एक नई government initiative है जो Union Budget 2026–27 में announce हुई है। इसका उद्देश्य ग्रामीण महिलाओं को credit लेने वाली beneficiary से business owner में बदलना है।
MoneyControl के अनुसार, SHE Marts community-owned retail outlets होंगे, जिन्हें rural women entrepreneurs operate करेंगी। यह एक structured retail ecosystem होगा जहाँ Self Help Groups (SHGs) अपने products directly market में बेच सकेंगी।
SHE का मतलब है Self Help Entrepreneur — यानी महिलाओं को entrepreneur के रूप में establish करना।
SHE Mart – Community-Owned Retail Model
1. Community Ownership Model
Local women groups द्वारा operate होंगे
Self Help Groups (SHGs) के through चलेंगे
Cluster Level Federation (CLF) के supervision में manage होंगे
Profits community में distribute होंगे
यह model ensure करता है कि ownership और control महिलाओं के हाथ में रहे।
2. Rural Focus
खासकर rural areas में setup होंगे
Local products को urban और local market तक पहुंचाने में मदद करेंगे
Weekly haat या temporary stalls की जगह permanent retail platform देंगे
यह rural production और urban consumption के बीच bridge का काम करेगा।
3. Women Empowerment
महिला entrepreneurs को direct selling platform
Middlemen पर dependency कम होगी
Financial independence बढ़ेगी
Leadership और business skills develop होंगी
SHE Mart सिर्फ दुकान नहीं है — यह rural women के लिए structured business ecosystem है।
Budget 2026 में Women-Focused Announcements
PIB के अनुसार Budget 2026 में महिलाओं के लिए additional announcements भी की गई हैं:
नई Scheme – SC/ST Women Entrepreneurs
5 लाख women, SC/ST first-time entrepreneurs के लिए नई scheme
अगले 5 साल में ₹2 करोड़ तक के term loans
यह initiative women-led MSMEs को boost करेगा।
Existing Government Support Schemes
SHE Mart Mission existing government schemes के साथ integrated होगा:
1. MUDRA Yojana
₹20 लाख तक collateral-free loans
Micro and small entrepreneurs के लिए
2. Stand-Up India Scheme
₹10 लाख से ₹1 करोड़ तक loans
SC/ST और women entrepreneurs के लिए
3. National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM)
9 करोड़ women connected
SHG-based livelihood ecosystem
SHE Mart Mission, NRLM के framework के अंदर operate करेगा।
